Terence Flynn, Over 30 years of therapy and counselling experience

"Honouring your journey-
Helping those seeking meaning, purpose and
self-worth in life"

My therapeutic work with clients is rooted in the vision that each person’s story is unique and important. On the journey through life we come up against unsettling and challenging experiences that can leave us confused, overwhelmed, depressed, dispirited, and wondering about our life and its meaning.

My approach under such circumstances is to honour your story and search together with you to uncover it’s meaning and discover how it is leading you toward freedom, personal empowerment and greater inner peace. My intention is to work with you from a place of honesty, respect, fairness and compassion in order to create a safe space for you to engage in this type of exploration.

While the theories of C.G.Jung, Carl Rogers, Relational and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness Practice influence my approach, I am most interested in walking along side as a supportive companion and guide as you unearth the deeper meanings and purposes embedded in your life story.
